Matthew Stafford sells three LA homes for $21 million in June 2026

Matthew Stafford sold three of his Los Angeles properties for a combined total of $21 million this month. Two of the homes, purchased from Drake in 2022 for $11 million, were sold to the same buyer for $11.6 million, generating a profit. The third property sold for $9.7 million, falling short of its $10.5 million purchase price. The Staffords have been attempting to sell these properties for two years. In 2023, Stafford purchased a mansion in Hidden Hills for $28.2 million, marking a record price in the area. He recently signed a $55 million contract extension with the Rams, keeping him under contract through 2027.
