The Dallas Mavericks are in search of a new head coach. There is a persistent belief that Toronto's Jama Mahlalela, along with Minnesota's Micah Nori and Houston's Royal Ivey, factors into the decision-making process of Masai Ujiri, should he choose to hire a current assistant. This coaching search comes after the Mavericks concluded their last season without a postseason appearance. The franchise is looking to make a significant change moving forward.
