Mavericks match Knicks' offer for Moussa Cisse, retain big man

The Dallas Mavericks will match the New York Knicks' offer sheet for restricted free agent Moussa Cisse. Cisse's agents confirmed the decision, allowing Dallas to keep the 6'11" center who had a productive season last year. The Knicks attempted to acquire Cisse on a two-year deal at the league minimum. Cisse averaged 4.5 points and 5.7 rebounds in 38 games last season. With this move, Dallas now has a full roster of 15 players with guaranteed contracts, bolstering their big man depth as trade rumors swirl around other players.
