Max Anstie has officially joined ClubMX, agreeing to a multi-year deal that extends through the 2028 season. This contract comes as Anstie parts ways with Monster Energy / Yamaha Star Racing, and he will compete in the 2026 SuperMotocross World Championship. ClubMX owner Brandon Haas expressed confidence in Anstie's professionalism and potential to enhance the team's performance, particularly as a mentor for younger riders. Anstie is currently positioned 44 points above the cutoff line in the combined Monster Energy Supercross and Pro Motocross standings. Should he drop below the top 20, he is guaranteed a spot in the Last Chance Qualifiers for the playoff rounds.
