Max Caster's contract with AEW is expected to expire in October, making him an unrestricted free agent. Since signing with AEW in 2020, Caster has achieved success alongside Anthony Bowens as part of The Acclaimed. However, he has not appeared on AEW programming in 2026 and has been competing independently. The absence of contract extension discussions suggests that a return to AEW is unlikely.

- •He has not wrestled for AEW in 2026.
- •Caster has been competing on the independent circuit.
- •The Acclaimed team briefly split in 2025.
