Maxx Crosby faces ongoing trade speculation as Las Vegas Raiders begin season

Maxx Crosby remains the subject of NFL trade speculation as the Las Vegas Raiders prepare for their season opener. Although Crosby is set to play for the Raiders, rumors surrounding his future have persisted following an offseason move to the Baltimore Ravens that was rescinded due to a failed physical. Reports indicate the Los Angeles Rams monitored his status during the offseason. Joseph Hoyt of the Dallas Morning News addressed links between the Dallas Cowboys and Crosby, noting that while the Cowboys expressed interest and were willing to trade multiple 2026 NFL draft picks earlier this year, a deal for the defensive end is unlikely. Concerns remain regarding the knee situation that initially scuttled the Baltimore trade. Crosby continues his tenure with the Raiders while other teams explore roster adjustments.
