GolfOn July 8, the Meadow Greens-Ramsey Ladies Club held a "Red, White, and Blue" round to celebrate the Fourth of July and the nation's 250th birthday. Participants chose scores based on randomly assigned colors tied to flagsticks, adjusting their results by their handicaps. On the front nine, Chris Swatfager, Pat Busker, and Mary Christian achieved an adjusted score of 32, while Nancy Wesley, Susan Westland, and Barb Ruhter won the back nine with a score of 35. The event also featured chip-ins by Carrie Schwirtz and Chris Swatfager on holes 14 and 9, respectively.
