Medinah prepares to host 2026 Presidents Cup on Course No. 3

Medinah Country Club is scheduled to host the 2026 Presidents Cup from Sept. 24 through Sept. 27. The upcoming event marks the 16th edition of the tournament and the ninth time it has been contested on U.S. soil. Brandt Snedeker will serve as captain for the U.S. squad, while Geoff Ogilvy leads the International team. The venue previously hosted the 2012 Ryder Cup, three U.S. Opens, two PGA Championships, and the 2019 BMW Championship. Course No. 3 underwent a redesign during the 2023-24 period to increase the challenge for players following historically low scores at the facility. Fans and organizers return to the Illinois course later this month for the biennial competition.
