Megan Kephart scores hat trick as Emporia State defeats Oklahoma Baptist 5-1

Emporia State soccer team secured a 5-1 victory against Oklahoma Baptist on Monday. Megan Kephart led the attack with a hat trick, scoring two goals in the first half and one in the second half. Taylor McFalla and Avery Zimmer also contributed with their first goals of the season. Ella Favot provided three assists in the match. The Hornets improve their record to 3-2-1 and will host Nebraska-Kearney for their MIAA opener on Friday.
