Megha Ganne secured her first professional victory at the Wildhorse Ladies Golf Classic in Pendleton, Oregon, after defeating Cholcheva Wongras in a two-hole playoff. Both players completed 72 holes at 19 under par to force the sudden-death finish. After trading birdies on the first extra hole, Ganne earned the win with a par on the second hole while Wongras recorded a bogey. The victory provides Ganne with a $37,500 prize and improves her standing to 15th in the Epson Tour’s Race for the Card. This placement keeps her in contention for a spot on the 2027 LPGA Tour as the season enters its final stretch. Ganne must now maintain her current form through the remaining schedule to move into the Top 10 for preferred playing status.
