Memphis Grizzlies part ways with OrthoSouth, their sports medicine partner

The Memphis Grizzlies announced on August 28 that they have ended their partnership with OrthoSouth, which provided sports medicine services since 2023. The initial agreement was set for ten years. This decision follows a challenging three-season stretch, during which injuries plagued many of the team's key players. Grizzlies president Jason Wexler recognized OrthoSouth's contributions, while OrthoSouth's CEO expressed pride in their collaboration. The organization is now looking to improve player health, having hired Mike Curtis as head of player health and performance earlier this summer.
