The Memphis Grizzlies will hold their 2026 NBA preseason training camp at Belmont University from September 29 to October 2. This marks the third consecutive year the team has hosted camp in Nashville, following a stint at The Ensworth School in 2024 and at Belmont in 2025. After the training camp, Memphis will conduct an open practice at FedExForum on October 4 before facing the Atlanta Hawks on October 5 for their preseason opener. Other NBA teams, including the Atlanta Hawks and New Orleans Pelicans, have also held practices in Nashville recently.
