Mendham girls lacrosse takes NJSIAA Group 2 North title over Sparta

Mendham's girls lacrosse team won the NJSIAA Group 2 North trophy by defeating Sparta 17-6 on June 8. Lexi Alofs played a key role, winning most draw controls and contributing a hat trick. The Minutemen advance to the overall Group 2 final scheduled for June 13 at The College of New Jersey. Their victory ends a trophy drought for Mendham that dates back to 2010.
