Mercedes Moné confronts Willow Nightingale during AEW Dynamite celebration

Tonight’s (July 29) episode of AEW Dynamite featured a championship celebration for Willow Nightingale, who won the women’s world title a few nights ago with a win over Thekla at Redemption. The fans in Detroit absolutely loved Willow during her mic time, to the point where she came off like the most popular star in AEW. She got very emotional soaking it all in. The CEO was pissed off because Willow is always there to take the spotlight away from what’s supposed to be her story. The 3-on-1 beatdown was on, at least until the Brawling Birds ran in for the save.
