Merchandise honors late UNI player Parker Sutherland for Iowa game

The University of Iowa and the University of Northern Iowa will host a game at Kinnick Stadium on September 19, featuring special merchandise to honor Parker Sutherland, a UNI player who passed away earlier this year. The purple and gold apparel, created by Iowa Wave, acknowledges Sutherland's memory and supports pediatric patients at the Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Proceeds from the merchandise will benefit the hospital, and items like T-shirts and hoodies are available for pre-order until August 25. The game will include a tribute to Sutherland during the traditional Hawkeye Wave at the end of the first quarter.
