Clay Holmes of the New York Mets is scheduled to make a rehab start on July 28 at Single-A St. Lucie. Holmes is recovering from a fractured fibula but garnered significant trade interest due to his solid performance earlier this season, where he posted a 2.39 ERA in nine starts.
