Mia Fox represents Old Forge in District 2 girls' golf championship

Mia Fox, a senior at Old Forge, will participate in the 2026 District 2 Girl's Golf District Championship, marking the first time since 2001 that a girl from the school has competed in the event. In addition to golf, Fox has been active in varsity basketball and softball, maintaining a 3.85 GPA while attending dual enrollment classes at the University of Scranton. Fox’s childhood friend, Kamryn Notari, will also compete in the district championships, set for Monday.
