Miami Dolphins hire Jackson Roby as a front office scouting assistant

The Miami Dolphins added Jackson Roby to the team's front office staff as a scouting assistant. This move follows a series of personnel changes in Miami that began with the hiring of Jon-Eric Sullivan as general manager after the team moved on from Chris Grier during the 2025 campaign. Roby previously served as a scouting assistant for the Reese's Senior Bowl starting in August 2024. His background includes experience as a recruiting specialist at Alabama and Arkansas State, where he also functioned as an offensive line quality control coach. He additionally completed an internship with the USFL. Roby played as an offensive lineman at Alabama, appearing in one game during the 2022 season before transitioning into administrative and scouting roles.
