Miami Hurricanes agree to 10-year deal with Nike worth over $200 million

The Miami Hurricanes will return to Nike following a decade-long partnership with Adidas. The deal, valued over $200 million, is set to commence before the 2027 college football season. Miami had previously partnered with Nike from 1987, winning their four national championships during that time. Adidas attempted to match Nike's offer but ultimately did not succeed. This agreement enables the Hurricanes to wear throwback jerseys reminiscent of their championship teams, which were prohibited during the Adidas partnership. The change occurs amidst various other college programs also switching apparel brands.
