Green Bay Packers defensive player Micah Parsons publicly backed quarterback Jordan Love to win the NFL MVP award during the 2026 season. Parsons projected that Love will throw for over 4,000 yards and 40 touchdowns as he leads the offense. The Packers enter the upcoming campaign following a five-game losing streak that concluded their 2025 season with a wild-card playoff loss to the Chicago Bears. Despite the previous year's injury issues and playoff exit, the team looks to return to Super Bowl contention. Love, who has served as the starter for three seasons, recorded 3,381 passing yards and 23 touchdowns last year. Parsons cited the evolving relationship between Love and coach Matt as a key factor in his forecast, noting the increased trust and collaboration between the quarterback and coaching staff regarding play-calling and offensive strategy.
