Michael Carrick updates on Carlos Baleba's injury ahead of Tottenham match

Michael Carrick indicated that Carlos Baleba may make his debut for Manchester United against Tottenham in October. The midfielder has been sidelined with an ankle injury since his £65m transfer from Brighton this summer. Baleba will miss the Carabao Cup tie against Brighton and Sunday’s match against Fulham but is expected to return to training soon. Carrick stated Baleba is eager to join his teammates as soon as possible. Carrick also mentioned that Luke Shaw’s injury is minor, while Amad Diallo and Matthijs de Ligt remain unavailable.
