Michael Dunlop completes hat-trick at Senior Classic in Isle of Man

Michael Dunlop won the Senior Classic race on August 25 at the Classic TT in the Isle of Man, achieving his third victory at this year’s event. The Team Classic Suzuki rider overtook early leader Jamie Coward to finish 11.68 seconds ahead. This win marks Dunlop's seventh victory on the Mountain Course in 2026, having also claimed four wins at the Isle of Man TT earlier in June. His weekend included victories in the Lightweight Classic and Formula One Classic races. John McGuinness, celebrating 30 years of racing, won the Historic Senior event, while Paul Jordan secured the Historic Junior Classic title for a second consecutive year. The schedule for the meeting was modified to fit racing into four days due to anticipated bad weather.
