Michigan hockey schedules outdoor game against Wisconsin at Lambeau Field

The Michigan hockey team will play an outdoor game against Wisconsin at Lambeau Field on Saturday, Feb. 20, 2027. This matchup marks the 11th outdoor game in the program's history, the highest total in college hockey. The teams last met in an outdoor setting in 2010 at Camp Randall Stadium in Madison. Lambeau Field, which celebrates its 70th anniversary in 2027, previously hosted a collegiate hockey event in 2006. General-public tickets for the upcoming 2027 game become available on Sept. 11. Michigan recently concluded a 38-8-1 season that included a trip to the Frozen Four and is preparing to open the 2026-27 season against Bowling Green on Oct. 2.
