Michigan QB Bryce Underwood preparing for pivotal second season

Michigan quarterback Bryce Underwood is focused on improving his game as he begins his second season. Underwood, who struggled with consistency last year, has been training with private coach Jordan Palmer and Wolverines position coach Koy Detmer. He aims to build on his freshman season, where he completed 60.3% of his passes for 2,428 yards and 11 touchdowns. Despite receiving criticism from former NFL player Eric Weddle, Underwood is determined to prove himself. He recently stated he wants to show that he is capable of leading the team effectively when the season opens against Western Michigan on September 5.
