Michigan State hockey secures three commitments from top recruits

Michigan State men's hockey announced three verbal commitments from high school juniors on August 5. Head coach Adam Nightingale secured five-star forward Jack Trupiano, ranked as the No. 11 American forward in his class. Additionally, four-star defenseman Andrew Krochalk and goaltender Mason Martin joined the Spartans' recruiting class. All three players come from the U.S. National Team Development Program and are expected to play for Michigan State in 2028-29. This marks a significant step in building the team's future roster.
