Mike Gansey and Jameer Nelson take charge of Sixers' front office

Mike Gansey and Jameer Nelson have assumed key roles in the Philadelphia 76ers' front office after a disappointing season. Underperforming in both offensive and defensive metrics, the team is urged to establish a clear identity moving forward. Gansey and Nelson emphasize the importance of culture and character, supporting core players like Tyrese Maxey and Joel Embiid. Their focus is on maintaining Embiid's health and building around the current roster rather than pursuing major trades. Gansey aims to cultivate a positive environment in Philadelphia as they seek to reshape the team's future.
