Mike Tresler steps down as Kapaa football head coach

Mike Tresler has resigned as head football coach at Kapaa after five seasons, where he led the team to two state championships. Ryan McKeague, previously a varsity assistant and JV head coach, has been named his successor. Tresler's decision stems from a desire to spend more time with his children, who are now enrolled at Kamehameha’s Kapalama campus. Tresler, who joined Kapaa in January 2020, guided the Warriors to titles in Division II and Division I during his tenure.
