Milan in talks to sign defender Ruben Dias from Manchester City

AC Milan is pursuing a new defender and has identified Manchester City's Ruben Dias as a potential target. Initial discussions regarding his transfer have reportedly taken place, facilitated by agent Jorge Mendes. The 29-year-old defender is considered to be on City's transfer list, and Milan aims to capitalize on his declining form due to recent injuries. However, complications arise as City would prefer to retain key players, especially following Rodri's departure, and Milan faces financial constraints in any potential deal.
