Miles Bridges concludes seven season tenure with the Charlotte Hornets

Miles Bridges has departed the Charlotte Hornets following a seven-season tenure with the franchise. Selected as the 12th overall pick in the 2018 NBA Draft, Bridges participated in 501 games for the team before a recent offseason trade sent him to the Phoenix Suns. During his time in Charlotte, he recorded career averages of 15.9 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 2.8 assists per game. He reached a statistical peak in the 2023-24 season, averaging 21 points per contest. By the time of his departure, Bridges ranked fourth in franchise history for total games played and third in total points scored. He was the sixth player to wear the No. 0 jersey for the Hornets organization.
