Minkah Fitzpatrick faces potential NFL punishment after hit in Jets win

Minkah Fitzpatrick of the New York Jets may face NFL disciplinary action following a hit on KC Concepcion during the team's Week 5 victory over the Cleveland Browns. Browns offensive tackle Dawand Jones criticized Fitzpatrick, claiming the hit was dirty and beyond just football. While reports highlight the potential for fines, Fitzpatrick's past conduct and the nature of the hit may factor into any sanctions imposed by the league. Jets head coach Aaron Glenn's decision to conduct a walkthrough instead of a traditional practice was defended by Fitzpatrick after a demanding game against the Bears. The Jets are scheduled to play the New England Patriots next.
