Minnesota Vikings sign veteran pass rusher Kyle Van Noy

The Minnesota Vikings added depth to their pass rush Tuesday by signing 35-year-old veteran Kyle Van Noy. Entering his 13th NFL season, Van Noy spent last year with the Baltimore Ravens, where he recorded two sacks and 27 quarterback pressures. The veteran pass rusher is expected to join the team on the practice squad initially, with the potential to earn a rotational role in the defense. He reunites with defensive coordinator Brian Flores, having previously played for him in New England and Miami. Minnesota’s current edge rotation features Andrew Van Ginkel and Dallas Turner, with younger players such as Bo Richter and Chaz Chambliss also on the roster.
