Mississippi State football secures commitment from 4-star Jaden Bayonne

On July 1, Mississippi State football announced the commitment of Jaden Bayonne, a four-star defensive lineman from Alexandria, Louisiana. Bayonne, who stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 290 pounds, chose the Bulldogs over offers from Kentucky, Syracuse, TCU, and Oklahoma State. During the 2025 season, he recorded 37 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss, and five sacks. He becomes the third four-star commitment for the class of 2027 at Mississippi State, joining running backs Yoshawn Hudson and Christian Alexander. Currently, Mississippi State's 2027 class ranks 53rd nationally and 15th in the SEC.
