Mississippi State softball hosts Ole Miss for exhibition at Nusz Park

Mississippi State softball will host Ole Miss for a fall exhibition doubleheader at Nusz Park in Starkville. The teams scheduled the matchup for Oct. 25 at 1 p.m. as part of their respective fall programming. Mississippi State enters the period following its first appearance in the Women's College World Series, while Ole Miss recently concluded its campaign in the Lubbock Regional final. Both programs released their full fall slates on Sept. 3, which include several additional exhibition contests against community college opponents. Ole Miss defeated Mississippi State in two of their three meetings during the previous season in Oxford. Official schedules for the 2027 season have not yet been released by either school.
