Mizzou freshmen Lana Adams and Rylie Morse score twice in win

Mizzou finished its non-conference soccer schedule with a 5-0 victory over Southeast Missouri on September 4. Freshmen Lana Adams and Rylie Morse each scored two goals to power the Tigers' offense, while sophomore Landis Canada added the fifth goal in the 73rd minute. Mizzou held the Redhawks to only one shot during the entire match. Senior goalkeepers Riley Wilkerson and Kate Phillips split the duration of the match in goal, and sophomore Addison Colangelo made her collegiate debut in the final ten minutes. Head coach Stefanie Golan noted the influence of the team’s 11 seniors as the program moves toward conference play. The Tigers are scheduled to open their SEC slate against Oklahoma on September 11.
