Mizzou volleyball loses two five-set matches at Toledo Invitational

The Missouri Tigers volleyball team dropped both of their matches in five sets on Friday at the Bowling Green/Toledo Invitational. They lost to Dayton 3-2 and then fell to Toledo 3-2 later the same day. Mizzou fought back from early deficits in both matches but ultimately could not secure a victory. Against Dayton, the Tigers had a season-high 73 kills but fell short in the final set. In the match against Toledo, Mizzou rallied from a two-set disadvantage to force a deciding frame but could not convert the comeback into a win. The Tigers will face Bowling Green next as they seek to end their tournament with a win.
