MJF criticizes NJPW amid G1 Climax hype on social media

Summary

Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) of AEW has expressed his disdain for New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) during the ongoing G1 Climax tournament. Following the final, which featured Ryohei Oiwa and Yuya Uemura, MJF took to social media to disparage NJPW and its talent, specifically targeting current IWGP Heavyweight Champion Yota Tsuji. He claimed that NJPW is avoiding booking him because they fear his star power could overshadow their talent. MJF further mocked Oiwa's finisher and alleged he is the superior wrestler. This tirade underscores MJF's ongoing criticisms of NJPW as he dismisses their wrestlers and style.
