MLB confirms return to Field of Dreams for fourth time in 2027

Major League Baseball will host games at the Field of Dreams site in Dyersville, Iowa, again in 2027. This marks the fourth event at the iconic location, which gained renewed attention with MLB's 2021 game featuring the White Sox and Yankees. The game became a cultural moment, highlighted by Kevin Costner's entrance from the corn. In 2022, the Chicago Cubs and Cincinnati Reds also played there. A new stadium is currently under construction to accommodate future events, with the Minnesota Twins and Philadelphia Phillies expected to play at the site on August 13.
