MLB considers hosting a game at Grand Teton National Park

Major League Baseball is exploring the possibility of staging a regular-season game at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. National Park Service Deputy Director Frank Lands visited the park to evaluate potential sites for a temporary baseball facility, although no permits have been issued and the proposal is still in early stages. Hosting such an event poses challenges due to strict national park regulations regarding special events, including limitations on infrastructure and environmental protections. If the necessary hurdles are cleared, the earliest possible date for this event would be in 2028, as MLB's 2027 special-event schedule is already set.
