Mock trade proposal sends Anthony Davis to Golden State for Jimmy Butler

Summary

A mock trade proposal suggests that the Golden State Warriors could acquire Anthony Davis from the Washington Wizards. The proposed deal includes Jimmy Butler, the No. 11 overall pick, and a 2030 first-round pick swap. This comes after Golden State's recent exit from the NBA Play-In Tournament, prompting speculation about offseason moves. Stephen Curry is reportedly planning to meet with LeBron James this summer to discuss possible recruitment. The viability of this trade remains uncertain, especially given Davis' injury history and the Wizards' investment in him.
