Mohamed Lahna completes cross-country triathlon across 16 states

Mohamed Lahna, a three-time Paralympian, finished a 3,300-mile triathlon across the U.S. on July 29. Starting in New York on June 13, Lahna swam, cycled, and ran through challenging conditions in 16 states. This feat, believed to be the first by an athlete with a prosthesis, aims to raise funds for Save the Children and the Challenged Athletes Foundation, with over $169,000 raised toward his $250,000 goal. Lahna's journey concluded at Venice Beach, the venue for the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, where he hopes to compete again.
