Montreal Canadiens rookies selected for NHL All-Rookie Team

Ivan Demidov and Jakub Dobes of the Montreal Canadiens have been named to the NHL’s All-Rookie Team for the 2025-26 season, while Cole Caufield earned a spot on the NHL’s Second All-Star Team. Despite scoring 22 goals, Oliver Kapanen was not included in the All-Rookie Team. Former Laval Rocket head coach Pascal Vincent discussed Florian Xhekaj's potential in the NHL, where he ranked as the No. 9 prospect among Canadiens fans. Vincent has accepted a new coaching position with an NHL franchise.
