Monty Panesar supports Vaughan over Fleming for England Test coach role

Monty Panesar has voiced his support for Michael Vaughan as a better candidate for England’s Test coach than Stephen Fleming. Panesar questions Fleming’s coaching credentials, attributing much of his past success with Chennai Super Kings to MS Dhoni's leadership. While Fleming is set to lead England for the upcoming Ashes, Panesar argues that Vaughan's experience and man-management skills would have better suited the role. This debate arises as England seeks to find a balance between franchise coaching experience and traditional leadership qualities in a pivotal phase for the team.
