Mourinho continues to support Tchouameni-Valverde midfield duo for Madrid

Real Madrid's manager Jose Mourinho reaffirms his backing for the midfield pairing of Aurélien Tchouameni and Federico Valverde despite a shaky performance in a recent comeback victory against Roma. Mourinho favors physicality over technicality, a stance highlighted in his post-match remarks. Although the pair has drawn criticism and questions about their effectiveness, Mourinho is expected to keep them in the starting lineup for the upcoming match against Sevilla. Potential tactical adjustments could see Valverde shifting to right-back to accommodate a more technical midfielder. El Clasico looms ahead, adding urgency to find the right balance.
