MSG Sports announced plans to complete the separation of the Knicks and Rangers into distinct publicly traded companies by the end of October. The new entities will be MSG Knickerbockers Corp., including the Knicks and their G League affiliate, the Westchester Knicks, and MSG Rangers Corp., encompassing the Rangers, the Hartford Wolf Pack, and the MSG Training Center. James Dolan will serve as executive chairman and CEO of both new companies.
