MSSU women finish fourth at home tournament in Joplin

GolfThe Missouri Southern State University women's golf team placed fourth in the MSSU Fall Invitational held at Twin Hills Golf Course on September 15. The Lions finished with a score of 48 over par, just one stroke behind Northwest Missouri State University. Caitlin Metcalf led MSSU with a nine-over 153, tying for eighth overall. Arkansas Tech's Jaylee Castro secured first place with an even par score of 144. The Lions will compete next at the Newman Women's Invitational in Wichita, Kansas, on September 19-20.
