Los Angeles Rams defensive end Myles Garrett is expected to miss about six weeks following knee surgery. He underwent the procedure after struggling with a knee injury during the Rams' Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Although Garrett was placed on injured reserve, he is aiming for an earlier return than the projected Week 9 game against the Washington Commanders on November 8.
