In a press conference, Nagelsmann emphasized the need for Musiala to gain game rhythm, stating that he is ready for the starting eleven and will receive playing time. Both Manuel Neuer and Nathaniel Brown are also confirmed starters for the opening game. Jürgen Klopp clarified that his comments about Musiala's minutes were misunderstood and he does not want the player out of the team.
