Napoli loses to Venezia as Allegri calls for calm

Napoli lost to Venezia today in Serie A as Akor Adams scored the only goal in the first half. Following the defeat, manager Max Allegri urged for calm, noting that despite their recent struggles, the team remains focused on upcoming challenges, particularly in the Champions League. Allegri emphasized the need for improved performance and highlighted Napoli's missed opportunities, including a penalty. The loss comes after a prior defeat to Villarreal, leaving Napoli in ninth place in the Serie A standings. He attributed some of the team's issues to a lack of squad depth after a quiet summer transfer window.
