NASCAR prepares for inaugural race at Naval Base Coronado this month

NASCAR will host a race at the Naval Base Coronado for the first time, featuring a new street circuit. The 3.4-mile Qualcomm Circuit includes 16 turns and construction commenced in late May. The event is scheduled for the weekend of June 19-21 as NASCAR brings all three national divisions to the active military site. This race is part of NASCAR's community outreach efforts.
