NASCAR releases 36-driver entry list for the Enjoy Illinois 300

The NASCAR Cup Series heads to World Wide Technology Raceway for the second race of the Cup Series Chase this weekend. Officials released the official entry list for Sunday's Enjoy Illinois 300, confirming a field of 36 drivers. Defending Craftsman Truck Series champion Corey Heim and Chad Finchum are absent from this week's field. Heim, who has two Cup Series wins this year, drove for 23XI Racing last weekend, while Finchum competed for Garage 66. The race is scheduled for Sunday, September 13 at 3 p.m. Eastern time. Coverage of the event will be broadcast on the USA Network and the Motor Racing Network.
